The spring months are a period when increased activities are required for maintenance and areas through the public green areas are currently working on arranging the parks and the boulevard greenery. Cleaning of the lawns from fallen branches, garbage and debris are the initial preparations for the next phase of the first already started spring mowing of lawns, followed by feeding the lawns with mineral fertilizers where needed. Spraying to protect plants against pests of seedlings is underway. Weeding of roses and young seedlings takes place as part of the spring landscaping, as well as pruning of shrubs. The teams also perform supplementing of the frozen and damaged flower seedlings, with a new violet-type through the flowerbeds in the city.
As planned activities during this period, the rest of the projects for raising and arranging green areas at certain locations in the city are being carried out.
