The Management Board is a management body which is appointed and dismissed by the Council of Skopje. The number and composition of the Management board members is determined by the Council of the City of Skopje with a Decision on appointment.
The Management Board has a chairman selected from among the members of the board. The chairman schedules the meetings, is responsible for performing the acts of the Management Board and performs other duties determined by the Rules of Procedure of the Management Board.
